Thanks Sue! Yes, this house really suits us--even though it's small, it is plenty of space for us! Hope to have more visits with you all soon!

Our yard sold us - even tho' the house is falling apart. I LOVE having no one behind.
Yeah, the yard was a big selling point for us too--and the fact it's almost completely fenced in--reassuring with toddlers.
